Let’s get to know each other! The initial appointment is a time for me to get a big picture of the experiences that have impacted who you are today and discuss what your goals for counseling are. It‘s also a time to make sure that we are a good fit. The therapeutic relationship is very important so there is nothing that I want more than for you to feel connected and safe with your therapist! If that’s not me, I’d be happy to provide referrals for other providers in the community.
